Ethics Training
When people have questions about the Ethics training (a training that we all need to take when we are hire by JSI), please forward the message to E learning (elearning@jsi.com) from the ticket and ask for their assistance. Most of the time the users are not in the proper group and they will fix it. Now, if they get back to you and say that the user is in the correct group and it does not show any error in their end, we need to meet with user and find out if it is a browser error.
Make sure to add the any picture provided to E learning. Also, you need to let the user know that helpdesk does not manage the training and if they have any question about it, they need to reach out to the E learning email.
